Mam .." Agammaglobulinemia " here gamma is not indicating IgG ...most of the antibodies are found in gamma fraction of globulin.. that's why they are know as gammaglobulin or immunoglobulin..so Agammaglobulinemia means absent of all immunoglobulin not only IgG
