Hello doctor, may I ask : what if only your IGM is high and the IGG is normal, but are on prolonged corticosteroids to treat a chronic illness (long covid) + taking other medication, and you haven’t caught any new infectious disease, but you’re chronically ill? Only my IGM is very high. I don’t know how to interpret this?

Vzv igg is 1400, upper margin is 120. Igm is negative. Does this mean that i have active vzv or recent activation. I had chicken pox when i was kid.

in my opinion you may had ascabietic nodule which is very itching red nodule usually on the shaft or glans penis so if iam right the treatment is potent steroid
