hello dear doctor, i have some questions, can you answer me. thanks for your effort. first question: some time antigens does not provoke immune response when it is give in a specific way, while the same antigen when introduced in another way can induce immune response. for example Sabin's oral vaccine when introduced orally, it provoke immune response, but the same vaccine when introduced can lead to induce immune response. so why it's happen or how its happen? second question. drug and food are foreign molecules and particles, because they are not part of our body. my question, why immune response does not produce against these foods which we take at time of dining while it's not part of our body. third question: there are some own components are sequestrated from our immune system (sperm cells, interior chamber of the eyes, CNS). my question is: why these components are sequestrated. what is the aim of it? to be honest I know some thing about this question. but i would like to hear some things from you. forth question: why our immune system does not response to microflora in our body (e.g. intestinal microflora), while micro flora is not part of our body?

Sir which edition of Robins basic pathology is good 9th, 10th or 3rd?
@RabiulHaque4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. My favorite is 9th, although it is wise to follow the latest edition since concepts in medical science are always changing or updating, particularly in molecular level. Take care and stay safe.
