This is a truly effective way! I have won tournament several time just this same way, it is my go to bait/rig, and won tournament in 2017, where there is high pressure. I have experienced and tested North America bass fishing finesse way 17 years, split shot and this IMO rig is the way, it is so pop in south China, and our ways is accounting for 80-90 winner way. Match & place.

Thanks 👍 When grub tail got ripped off, please try this one!
@billmoss56242 жыл бұрын
Thank you Waki! I watched someone else who also does that with paddletails. When the tail gets bit off they will turn it around and throw it backwards. Great for casting into the wind.

Waki I really like this idea, reminds me of a weightless ned rig. Not the same but similar. Thank you I will try!

I was having a hard time and I forgot to bring my ned rig tackle. I had something that looks like a grub and tried mimicking the ned rig and did it just like this. I got a few bites even just as they hit the water. Crazy.

That tail less grub from Yamamoto is pretty much a scat bait very interesting. I didn't know they made that I might have to try those they look good.
@AnglerWaki2 жыл бұрын
These days many brands have produced this type of baits, but this one is actually a classic lure, which have been sold in the Japanese market long years. Good luck.
@SouthJerseyBaitReviews2 жыл бұрын
@@AnglerWaki yea there is a ton of scat baits but. It seems maybe that the Yamamoto bait would almost be the original scat bait.

This was definitely an interesting surprise. I did not believe anything would bite this cut tail silicone, but it works 👌🎣

Sugoi! Arigato gozaimasu! What hook and hook size did you use for this cut tail grub technique?
@AnglerWaki2 жыл бұрын
Nothing special. Just using the same hook for a usual rigging.

@@AnglerWaki I fish grubs primarily on a jighead. Not sure the size for Texas/Tex-sposed rigging a grub. I have some of these grubs, but maybe not the right size hook. Very cool technique!
