They aren't. You know how it goes normally, Quality > Quantity. Pact's the other way around, Quantity over Quality. They're nothing when many of their guild's off. Their guild numbers are at least 1.75x compared to ours.... And we still crush em, even though few of our members are inactive, including me.

Twom Pking 45+ is possible only if you're rocking all 3dex gear. Not everyone has the luxury to purchase 3dex items, including me.

really late comment but. i have been told con rangers with all hp enchanted equips is better than dex rangers with all dex gear is this correct? for pking of course

Demote IMO Possibly yes, but they'd have to use *_hr gloves_* vs same level rangers. Otherwise con rangers miss a lot if they don't use hr vs _a same level ranger wearing dezo tunic_.
