Hope the battery cover is the answer... and if so.. you can do a review on it and save people the headache you've gone through. So frustrating. Great lesson on flute blowing.. I had no idea there was such a science to it. Your salad looked so refreshing.. I love black olives.. other types not so much. Lovely footage of your walk. I'm looking at hitting the bed shortly. I went to the plant nursery and bought 3 lovely hanging baskets, and a bunch of perennials. Did some yard work, and gave a flower box a fresh coat of paint.. ***yawn***. That Go pro works very well. The footage on the walk was beautiful. Were you using anything special for the audio. It was very realistic and clear.

Thanks. I DIDN'T do anything with the GoPro audio other than turn up the clips to peak at -6 BD, which is what I try to do for all the clips. I would have liked to have EQ'd it to sound more like the Sony, but had to settle for the way it was as I ran out of time. I didn't think the footage on the GoPro looked very crisp although it makes up for itself with the smoothness, which is amazing and a real selling feature of that model. I might try a higher resolution next time now I've learned how to generate lower resolution files to work with (proxies) but then it exports with the full res. I already did that the other day with 2.7K but I still wasn't that impressed with the outcome. I might try 4K next. Thanks Chari! x

Trying to not use the heat here. Brrr. Electric costs dearly. If you ask everyone you know they might have selfie sticks they aren't using. I thought you might just add some padding to the original battery door. I've had loose double A battery problems fixed by wads of foil but that is different. Hope this solved the issue. Dust and dirt can accumulate in charging ports too.
