What a gorgeous old church you played in!! I found a pack of the papery breath strips in my purse a few weeks ago. Mine were made by Listerine. They are a strange feeling in the mouth but so delicious.

I'm glad that you show us how much pracitse you need to do - even as an accomplished musician. As a none musician it's easy to assume that once you can play an instrument, that's it you can play! I once heard Brian May ( guitarist in Queen) say that he sometimes practices for 12 hours a day!!! I suppose he doesn't need to think about anything else though as he can afford to have someone else do everything else for him! LOL

I am addicted to learning Japanese too. I first started in 2018 before I visited for the first time and then dropped it but recently started again 3 months ago. If your schedule ever allows, definitely keep going as it is very fun, especially after you get the hang for the basics.

We have one of the oil filled heaters and it gives off amazing heat. The risers make the difference....good for you. You can eat the kiwi skin.... give it a rub under water and then eat like an apple. Amazing venue...... just so beautiful.
