You can freeze spinach imo...you can only use it in soups, stews and fry up type meals but it is fine...no need to defrost just chop it whilst its frozen and bung it in!!

I'm a few days in with my latest bout of covid. Lots of cold and flu meds have helped but it is pretty rough overall. Your lunch looked amazing. Also, I'm thinking that our inclement weather patterns here in north Oregon are very similar to yours. Lol.

I have been very fortunate to never get Covid because I don’t be exposed by lots of different people daily , keep my hands sanitized at all times and stay away from crowded places especially during this time of year! I hope that you don’t develop long Covid Stay safe😷🙏🏽

Long haul covid is a real thing. It's strange,you're not infectious, but you get the symptoms.

Yeah weird. I was looking it up on line. Our National Health Service website says it can take 12 weeks to fully recover from Covid, so anything after that classes as long Covid. Hopefully mine doesn’t last that long.
