I struggled with piles. Food wise Asian fermented food like Miso Kimchi Natto daily worked for my gut so well

I just want to say thank you for filming this. I’ve had hems for about ten months now and have been putting off going to the GI doctor because I don’t want surgery but this makes me feel much more confident and I hope we have laser surgery over here in the states because that would be awesome. I made an appointment today for a consultation!

How good was that doctor. You done amazing, when I got touched I nearly flew through the wall. It’s amazing how your sharing. I’m with you and not afraid to talk about it. I had them banded and cut several times and they came back. What’s worked for me is softners and laxatives every day and lots of water. I’m a 20 yr sufferer. I hope yours get sorted. Xx
