Any suggestions for reducing wind noise? I have a video where I did some voice over at the time of recording the video. Problem is I didn’t have a wind muffler on so it has intermittent wind noise

Hi, my desktop version of imovie looks different. I can't find any equalizer icons or noise reduction options anywhere. They must be there someplace but I've looked everywhere over and over again.

Check for updates in the App Store icon. All updates are usually free. Maybe you are on an older version??

Also in the help menu at the top, type this " Correct and enhance Audio" see if that show you any help options. But try to upgrade first.

iMovie in iPad not look like it's. So I can I remove background noise in iPad. Please help me

Yes, iMovie for iPad/iPhone is much more limited than the Mac version. Not really an easy way to do this. Only way I can think of is to manually lower the audio in between sections of talking. You just slit the clip and them tap on the volume, then lower it. You could also buy LumaFusion, which is a more pro level app on the iPad. It has a lot more features. Probably a good investment if you plan to edit all your videos on an iPad.

If you can't select noise and use it to remove the same from the entire clip, it's a crappy editor. This is what put me off from using iMovie

It's a free entry level editor. If you want that ability....you would have to use Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
