Same for Tengah. Everybody even some guru thinks going to be next punggol overnight and Huat with the EC. But take note punggol also took more than 20 years to become what it is and ppl have been complaining for many years that punggol is a place where bird don’t even wanna go there shit, need to walk far far b4 can find a hawker Center to eat. Many of these plans you won’t see in your generation to Huat. Punggol is still building and not done yet even after 20+ years. and one punggol hawker Center still need to wait Long Long b4 it opens. This Paya Lebar has to wait even longer than Tengah.
