Holy moly this made me feel so physically high! Like drugs! It was wild! Told a friend and on a whim said I would try and share the high with him if he would imagine opening his heart chakra. A minute later he said "I feel all tingling and floaty". It was so cool!!

I started doing my own channelling during a kind of 'breakdown' in 2006 following a head injury.. I was living totally alone... I have lost those writings now but it was a force of loving coming through showing how my inner critic came into my life at age 6 when I struggled with the ways of the world that was so shut down.. knowing you had such an awakening now makes more sense of it.. at the time I felt very alone in that experience

I want so much to hear about boundaries as I had none so I have learned that I have been too loose and then too tight. It is so painful. Now it is finally shifting.
