Wow. I've been feeling extreme overwhelm and anxiety this past month or so. It's been building up over time and has been bursting out of the seams with terrible fits of rage. I stand beside myself, scratching my head, wondering what has come over me, because I know better! I have evolved above fear and worry. I have utter faith in my spirit team, who guides me. So then why am I stuck in panic mode suddenly and just going about in circles? I felt so alone with no one to talk to. I even considered seeing a professional and sought online my options. But then I realized I hadn't been keeping up with the energy updates lately. So I went and watched July's, which was merely a trickle of what I needed to hear. It was good, but just a tease. So I went to my room and threw myself on my bed in tears, and all of a sudden, this Soul Imprints just started playing on my device. And it was everything I needed to hear right now. My goodness, I just assumed my soul is always inside me. I guess I must have chased her away somewhere down the line in my fits of rage. Well, my pink crystal soul and I are going to go have a nice walk together now. Thank you, Lee, thank you, Z's!
