Pretty cool video, makes me kinda nostalgic. I started running derbies back in 2005 and this reminded me of how simple it used to be before pinion brakes, slider shafts, etc. This was back when it was still fun and all the money got into it. Yet here I am building another car LOL.

Very Well Done Documentary!! I love Demolition Derbies, but do get bummed when they wreck something from the '60s or older, as those cars are becoming quite scarce.

i agree that is takes a while to build one. Some people spend 3 weeks to a month to build one. Even bone stock builds take a long time.
