We should not have to pay more for health insurance either - cosmetic surgery (facelifts, tummy tucks, breast augmentation) is not covered for biological women (with the exception of those who had mastectomies) as it's considered elective. Well, a biological male wanting have body parts removed and new ones implanted sounds like elective surgery to me!
