Flaire looks like a lively place! You should add a restaurant and add like a MCD or a IN - N - OUT. With a little parking area and a small shopping center like a Walmart. Keep it up!

If you visit America, do a TON of research first. Many cities like Seattle and Chicago have many homeless. I recommend going to Aspen, Colorado in the winter for some great skiing. In the summer, visit a national park like Yellowstone or Mt. Rainer ( if you go to Rainer, stay at the lodge in the park, not in Morton). I currently live in a town called Wilmette, and 6 minutes from my home is the 3rd Holocaust museum in the world. Very good museum; has actual box car there as well. I recommend if visiting for the first time you go see Washington DC - the nation's capital and home to many wonderful museums, including the world's 2nd Holocaust museum.

I really like to watch your video's. This again was a good one, but the container terminal in the port doesn't really make sense tot me. It's very small. Even for a smaller city further in land on a river harbor. It's also missing the right cranes for loading and unloading containers on and off ships. And the placement of the containers is strange. They are usually placed further away from the docks, and not diagonally. Mostly stacked on top of eachother tot save space.

Those are completely different types of pines and palms which are used here. And they are not growing there without human influence. but nvm it doesnt look realistic in my opinion, you have yours. just want to tell you :)

You are right but these palm trees at the coast tho... cant tell me that those fit in in this location. it would just look cleaner and more realistic without those. i dont think it would mke sence to plant them near a harbor or a small city beach.They would need to maintain bc other trees and bushes("native" ones) would grow way faster and would overgrow the palm trees in a few years. in rural areas there would be no palms. and yea i really care about details wich makes things super realistic. Or atleast i think i do :P
