The Aces & Eights give me so much nostalgia. I loved this faction as a kid. A motorcycle gang taking over TNA was a fun concept. Wish it was executed better and that the group had more star power but I enjoyed them. Bully Ray was superb in this story.

The reason Hogan was attacked so early in the storyline was because he was scheduled to have surgery on his spine and would require some time off television. While he did return in just matter of weeks, he didn't wrestle a single match for the rest of his TNA run due to this injury which has troubled him for many years. In 2010, he took time off of TNA to have spinal fusion surgery, which practically ended his in-ring career, even though he wrestled match against Sting at 2010 Bound for Glory but it was more than obvious that he was in no condition to wrestle normally anymore.

Brilliant storyline, don't like the ending, going out with a wimper rather than a bang, but the rest was great. The start was amazing, I liked how they revealed each member, then Bully being the leader........perfect.

So basically the Great Value version of nWo? And you could plainly tell it was Bully Ray the whole time because it sounded like Bully Ray with voice modulation lol

A video on Broken Hardys too, that was such an awesome storyline. You know it was creating major buzz for wwf to come in and steal the Hardy's

Dropping the hint Bully Ray with the reflection when Sting was talking with Brooke was a pretty nice touch.
