Grabe Atty. How can I ever thank you po? I'm a first year law student. I'm more of an auditory learner than a reader and sometimes reading the books alone would not suffice in my full understanding of the Constitutional Law. Your lectures are truly a saving grace po because it gives me an enlightened version of the entire article which would later on aid me in my reading. Atty. Ask lang po, what are the difference of Ombudsman and Solicitor General and prosecutor office? Salamat po.

ang ombudsman ay ang office created by article XI of the Consti to investigate and file cases of graft and corruption sa korte laban sa mga govt officials and employees. Ang Sol gen ay ang law office ng Republic of the Philippines so kung may mga kaso na gusto ifile ang govt or may kaso laban sa govt. ang Sol Gen ang tatayong abugado ng gobyerno. Ang public prosecutor naman or fiscal ang mga abugado ng Dept of Justice na nag iimbestiga at tumatayong abugado ng mga complainant sa criminal cases. ang haba ng tanong mo hehehe. tulungan mo ako na dumami ang subscribers natin ha. salamat

he was impeached. problem was walang desisyon ang senado kasi nag walk out ang mga prosecutors. the moment the impeachment complaint is forwarded to the senate impeached na ang official. but since walang ruling ang senado di sya naalis sa pwesto... kaya sabi ng korte suprema constructive resignation ang ginawa nya nung umalis sya sa malacanang yun ang istorya
