sa pagkakaintindi ko sa inyong paliwanag, nagkakaroon ng collusion ang executive at legislative dept sa usapin ng budget. para mapprovahan ang budget na pinrepare ng executive, dapat makipag kasundo ang executive sa legislative, ang result pork barrel, gayun din naman ang legislative dapat ok din siya sa presidente para mabahaginan din siya ng pork barrel. ang tanong po, di po ba dapat unconstitutional ang pork barrel kasi di man hayagan na ang congress ang naglalagay ng pork barrel, ay parang ganun din ang nangyayari. is there a law na nag pprohibit sa congress and senate na magkaroon sila ng ganitong budget, PDAF?

may desisyon ang korte suprema na bawal ang pork barrel pero dahil ang exec ang gumagawa ng budget at ang congress ang nag aaprove nito maaaring magsingit sila ng mga items na di talaga pwede. pag ganun may karapatan ang tao na dumulog sa korte para kwestyunin ang ganung provision

Bakit may mga cases na dinadala sa legislative branch tas hindi umaabot or hindi na kailangang dalhin sa judicial/judiciary branch and bakit naman po may mga cases na dinadala sa judiciary at hindi na dinadala sa legislative? Ano po yung mga grounds? Or bakit po nangyare yung ganun? Ano po yung pinaka main reason. Yung level po nung case para umabot sa judicial or legislative? Sana po may makasagot. BPA student po. Just want to know about how the collected part sa buwis Mula sa mga municipal patungo sa province, Kung paano yan dini distribute equally pagbalik sa mga municipal atty?
