Here is a video 1 of an 'S' Series Pacer Pumps impeller removal. As you can see there is no secret way to do it. The ease of the removal will depend on the amount of hours of use. In extreme cases the impeller may need to be cut off. We mold and manufacture all of our pumps here in Lancaster, PA. We have 100% parts availability for our 'S' series pumps.
