I saw you're looking for a spouse for your kids in other kingdoms. You can't arrange royal marriages via the diplomacy window but you have to manually search the royal family of the other kingdom for free matches (best you klick on the King to get to his relatives). If you find one fitting character use the royal wedding button in the character interaction. Once both characters hit 12 you also can engage them. It won't show you that the characters are engaged but they will marry automatically if both are over 16 (even if the ai merrys their children off to someone else in the meantime)
