Man when the mods are released in the proper mod launcher for CS2, the builds are going to be absolutely insane. Hopefully later there are more options for mix residential, as from what I see and observe people play the game. It is mostly if not all the mixed residential buildings (not including the specials) are older brick styled mixed residential building, i would love to see in a later update have more variety with modern architecture mixed mixed residential, maybe even high rise mixed residential which we are seeing pop up more in real life. Also dam it sucks we CS2 doesnt have one way national roads, it actually makes me annoyed looking at it,even though it looks soo good

I knew just looking at it that you were doing the High Bridge! I love the layering you executed in this one. I really hope one day they add the arch bridge with one way roads and maybe even a pedestrian version, for something chunkier than the current ped bridges. Excellent as always my dude. EDIT: Oh, also just wanted to share about the pollution in this area: It's really bad. A lot of cars come off the highway into Inwood/Washington Heights on the Manhattan side, and High Bridge and Morris Heights in the Bronx making the streets rather dangerous, and the highways running through lead to a lot of particulate pollution from tire wear in the air. You can look at the rates for asthma to see how prevalent it is in the areas. Hopefully there will be change in the future as NYC finally catches up with modern urban practices with them implementing a congestion charge and slowly adopting modern street design from European cities like Amsterdam and Paris.

I just love hearing your thought process and love seeing you play Cities 2. Only thing I wish is that the title or thumbnail would indicate if you're going to be talking during it, maybe like a voice icon! Hearing you talk vs listening to a timelapse is totally different watch patterns for me so it'd be helpful to know in advance :)

I've observed that zoning medium density housing can chew into high density demand. In one game I had 0 medium/high density demand after awhile and focusing on putting down a bunch of low density housing is what I think fixed it for me.

To get your high destiny demand it's best to have a lot of schools and both universities, get most citizens to be well educated, well educated students prefer mid rises and skyscrapers, but this technique can also break your game like mine, when you get no low density demand. Gl!

nice build! did you think about using the dev mode? where you can basically place every single asset of the game, including high density houses of your choice, or fences, different surfaces, benches, street lamps and much more.. or some mods where you can easily generate a quay without having to terraform that much + you wont have woggly looking like streets + it saves you a ton of time (road upgrade mod i think its called) or do you play vanilla only on this save? i mean with your skill set and the appropriate mods this city will improve even soooo much more :D even if not, still looks very nice.

I’d like to see a video where you implement stack freeways (one lane on top of the other) like the former I5 stack in Seattle. There is an interchange in Waterbury, Connecticut with an interchange using both if you need inspiration 😉.

You're right, I used the elevated subway station and teh line itself is on teh gorund level which means its just a point where the sub way comes up from underground. well, 2 months to mods go live..we can wait! @@imperatur
