I really loved this video. I learned a lot and I never imagined I would be able to paint like this. I’m really happy with the painting I did after watching this. Thank you Albert.

Hi Jane, thanks. Nice to hear it was helpful. I'm always happy we have the beach on the west side of our country. On our summer holidays, when the weather is good, we like to wish the sun a good night when she disappears in the North Sea. Albert

An informative and skills-building experience watching your clips. Thanks so much Albert for sharing. How about a simple cubist painting for a future (like in yesterday :) ) demonstration ?

Hi Salim, thanks, love your comments. Simple cubist painting coming next week. But as always with my twist 😁. See you next week. Have a happy day, Albert

I shall be looking forward to it. I am all for twists :)

Working on it... is it alright for you when I tell that one of my subscribers inspired me and can I show part of your comment with your first name? Just checking.

Do as you like. Nothing to worry about.

Hi Albert. love this and the interesting narration about the artist as you always do Thanks
@ImperfectPaintings5 жыл бұрын
Hi Just Sayin, thanks. The narrations can just give that little extra to understand the works and the time they were made. I liked painting it, had never done one like this and as always I met some obstacles, haha. Have a happy day, Albert
@justsayin40175 жыл бұрын
@@ImperfectPaintings I believe the more obstacles, to overcome them the more we learn
@ImperfectPaintings5 жыл бұрын
Exactly, we can only learn from failures and obstacles because we have to adapt. Although a moderate amount of obstacles every now and then would be nice. 😁 Albert

Hi Lance, thanks. Strange effect of this lockdown is that can we can't go to the beach and look at the sunset. But we can paint one. Stay safe, Albert

Here's a question for you, Arthur. You paint in the styles of a multitude of different artists, but what do you paint like yourself when you're not actually copying someone else? That would make a very interesting video
@ImperfectPaintings4 жыл бұрын
Hi DG, thanks. The video is already on my list. You're not the first to ask. So I thought about it I and will make it. When I look at my schedule it will be in February. And I hardly ever copy work of an artist, most of the time I try painting in their style. I seems like nitpicking perhaps, but it really is different. Happy holidays, Albert

Thanks Don, you could be right. To me it's often more about enjoying myself painting, instead of putting everything in the right 'box'. Have a nice day, Albert
