@@pavelpechacek3380 The adv missile rack destroys plants so fast, sometimes they don’t have time to log out. Most of the time, their hull looks intact and they think they have time to escape, but the hidden danger is in the plant health

@@CMDRNaQan I can't speak for OurLife, but I'm anotther noob and the fight was fascinating and mystifying. There's so much I've never seen and didn't understand. XD Like, what was the trick with the silent running? What was heating you up so much? What were those screaming things you were launching? What crippled Xerxes at the end? And it looked like he blew up with some hull left, did you kill his power plant? Thank you for the insight, I see there's so much I don't know. :D

@ thanks for watching and I’m glad you’re curious! There were several game mechanics I took advantage of to ensure survival and victory. Silent running: Ships sensors are based on heat. Silent running closes your ships heat vents, causing you to drop out of enemies sensors. They can’t target you, so they can’t get aiming reticule or missile lock. Down side is that boosting and firing will increase internal heat rapidly, can cook your ship, so I use it like a utility, kinda like infinite chaff/hearsink but limited based on heat. The Advance Missile Rack (similar to dumb fire rockets, but holds double ammo) are the screaming sound you heard. They are unlocked thru tech brokers. See Inara.cz The Missile I had were engineered to have penetrator munitions, it can easily bypass hull and wreck internal modules. When power plants are damaged, they can cause malfunction, temporarily shutting down the ship. This gave me chance to finish him off. In addition, my mines also engineered to have reverberating cascade, it damages the shield generator’s integrity or health. Doesn’t matter if he had several thousand MJ of shields, once gen integrity is destroyed, shields go down. This build, is designed to be anti-shield meta. This small ship does not have enough hard points to destroy shield in a conventional manner, or does it have enough firepower to finish off hardened hulls, so by bypassing shield strength and hull armor, it can defeat even the toughest of foes. I'm no expert in elite pvp, but i have my guesses. You used silent running to mess with fdl gimballed guns aim and targeted power plant as the weakest link in defence?

@@bobanfrombangladesh Yes, your are correct. Sensors rely on heat. Silent running hides you , they need to be within 750m to detect you, but you first need to go beyond 1.5km to drop off their scanners. Power plant is always preferred to make the final kill, especially if they are armored with HRP.
