loved the battleline, 5:19 was a pretty cool shot IMO. It really gave a good view of the whole situation. If you had've diverged lines into two at ~ 6:50 and encirlced the charging ships would that have worked better? I feel like after that point keeping the line immobile would take more losses? Loved the video man, great stuff! The Imperator Somnium looks so good! Is it from this mod?

Hey i just got the game after seeing this great video. i also tried the Skalgrim Mod in a massiv battle but my pc cant rly handle it. Can you show your settings and PC specs maybe. I have a good pc but cant get over 15ish fps in a massiv battle even after dropping all setting to low and going down to 1080p. Is there something im missing out on?

After messing with this mod I actually came to dislike it because of how clustered the map ended up feeling. There just isn't enough room to do anything more than ram ships into eachother with the average ship count vs the actual maneuverable space. I wish skalgrim mod also increased the map size so there was a healthier amount of space, as-is I found the best tactic was to just buy a bunch of long ranged ships, set them to auto engage, and just let them blast away. Any ship you wanted to micro felt like it spent more time ramming allies and enemies alike than getting torpedo drivebys or somesuch done, because of how many ships were packed into the neighboring space

The mod adds new ships but the higher fleet sizes are a part of the original game.
