I had this one game of Skull Servants vs Traptrix. The guy has set 5 back row. He IO’ed my Grass, so I set a 2200 def wall and passed. His backrow was completely full so he could play any more traps or even activate any effect since apparently they were all reactive. I just passed until IO lowered his LP to 200 before attacking over Sera for game.

MD doesn't allow you to pay if your lp becomes exactly 0 by paying tho... Why is IO different?

IO has a ruling where you don't pay lp only if you lp are below 700

Idk if MD do that, maybe those who play suicide deck during xyz festival can tell me? But in this case probably because IO is mandatory after errata, the opponent can't choose not to pay so maybe that's why it can still reduce the LP to 0

@@miftah.farid910 IO only kills you if you have exactly 700 lp. If not, the card is destroyed. That's how it works in MD, anyway.

Coder mentioned this on his streams as well, but cards that allow you to pay exactly for your life, even until you die, currently are coded wrong in the game, and it shows in the Xyz event. You can pay 1000 LP for a card even at 1000 LP, currently in MD you can't, Order just forces you to pay and doesn't check if you would die to it.
