This machine is a beast. Even 36m long trees are no problem, it can lift them whole, and drop them at long range. One neat thing about it is that it also auto levels the upper carriage when it sits on a hill with its tracks, so the crane always sits level. It is quite slow to operate compared to other tree harversters but it is great for cutting down those very tall trees because of that second grab.👌🏻

I started a Silverrun Farm on standard mode and bought this machine right at start. So far i really been liking it. Able to carry tall trees upright is great and also that rear blade is great for organization of logs. Overall a very expensive but really good machine. It will pay for itself a lot sooner then one would think.

I'm not sure if you mentioned it in the video. but there's and easy button. when the ring is active. LB and hold down on D pad. it auto grabs for cutting.

They've basically installed the jaw's simular to that of a Buncher to a harvester head, which double's as a prossor head. Unlike the conventional harvester's which the tree falls after cutting. Leaving you with haveing to get it out of between other's such as you would have to do in a planted forest. But the price of it, doesn't warrent the additional ability to anyone with a large degree of experience using a harvester. The only thing I like about it is the fact that when in processor mode. You must tip it, and when it's done processing. Stay's in the tipped position. Unlike other harvester's which you can tilt, return to the upright position causeing you to have to tilt it again and again.

Ah yes , My forestry skills are barely adequate at best , The mechanics of the game seem unsuited for logging as well . Thanks for your input Wm 🤓

Just a quick note. On Xbox, you can still use the blade by pressing Y (triangle for Play Station), it switches the mode from crane to equipment

Can I ask question of this map on trees the ones that does look fully grown, will they grow more ?

I do not know a lot about trees in FS22 but what I do know is that any tree that you Buy and place on a map from the construction menu will not grow any bigger . And I am pretty sure that any trees that pre exist on a map do not grow either . But that depends on the map maker . Thanks for your question Wally

Just use the change tool button, then you can adjust the track width and blade while unfolded.

Great question Caden I suggest using the Low Loader 3A It cam with the Platinum Expansion DLC Make sure you widen the deck and adjust the ramps a bit wider Back on the harvester as this works best You will need a big HP truck to pull this load I hope that helps and thanks for your question 🤗

... why did giant put the boom functions on 2 diffrent fkn bumpers so you can litteraly only ever do one thing at a time!?!? I spent like 2 hrs figuring out how to remap that shit to just one!! Now you can lift, extend, and rotate all at once... so frikin agrivating
