Longtime ago someone commented in one of my videos, that why don't you cover the North East, isn't a part of India?? I really felt that comment and planned for a trip covering all 7 sisters, Assam,Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram,Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Tripura. Unfortunately I couldnt cover Mizoram this time.
In this series you will see the transportation system of North Eastern states as there are many difficulties there (due to terrain). I have tried to cover the Goverment buses of all states, the trains and some flights for a amazing scenic view. Get to know about North East in this amazing series.

U r traveling through one of the historic road. The japanese used this road to invade India during world war 2. Where they were stopped at famous battle of Kohima n also at the same time battle if imphal, by the British Indian army in 1944.

In hills you can't totally depend upon the travellers to run the transportation(Bus/taxi).You can't run taxis/buses in time frame like in plains,as there are very few chances to get travellers on the way so you have to wait until the bus/taxis are full or you have to load the goods to make up the fare.

Bro In Manipur if you want tea from local hotel you have to go in the early morning before 7 am , and actually you are late . 8 am or 9 am is a lunch time in Manipur.

Major language us not Koyak. English is the official language. Nagamese is used in market for communication in markets between different tribes. Konyak is largest tribe with a population of two lakhs.

The road is bad because of high altitude, it is mostly on narrow hill tracks, no land is available for broaden the sides, with all drawbacks, Nagaland is a lovely and beautiful land, with wonderful friendly people, with love from kerala

Hi Soumit,I have seen many North East episodes and Vande bharat train journey .Your Bus journeys are fantastic. Please continue doing similar episodes. One information you can add is name of Restaurant (where you had good food). For travellers this is one of most important part. Stomach upset can happen to healthy travellers too. Also if it's feasible add Hotel name where you had good or bad experience. The number of Hotels are less and information is very sketchy. So it would help viewers.

A little misinformation you have. Widely spoken language is Nagamese, the bazaar language, and English, the official language. Konyak is one of the major tribes. The language depends upon the region here in Nagaland where each tribe inhabiting the area uses the tribal dialect and NOT KONYAK. Nagamese as said, is the common language. Agreed on the roads and bus services. Hopefully when you visit next time you will find better services. Best wishes from Nagaland.

It's the stretch between Kohima and KHUZAMA which is in a bad condition. The road in MANIPUR are good. Not flexing about my state but it's the truth. I don't know if it's gonna be your first visit or not but I hope u will enjoy your journey....
