I don't understand the judiciary. Their work is to interpret the law, yet after the interpretation and judgement, it will still be difficult to know the next action to take. The Delegates did not challenge the outcome but the processes leading to the primary. The SAN knows that you can not put something on nothing and expect it to stand. Challenging the outcome is different from challenging the processes.

River state high court don't have the jurisdiction to entertain the matter at first instance, it is the federal high court that has the jurisdiction to entertain the matter at first instance. That is the mistake River State Government did.

The court of appeal said the high court has not jurisdiction to entertain the matter of defection and that everything should return to status quo. The 27 lawmakers were recognised before oko jumbo when to court. Secondly justice omotosho judgement from the Federal high court recognizing the 27 lawmakers still persist because it has not been set aside..

The lawmakers automatically loss their seats the day they cross carpeted to APC, thats the position of the law, period. I don't know why Nigerian corrupt judiciary are always twisting the law.
