Implications of the Chinland Council for Myanmar’s Resistance in 2024

It is good to hear that discussion of the Chinland leader and Mizoram refugee. I am so curious about the neighbors like Rakhine state they are helping many ethnic groups to become democratic and federal .. My question is why are the leaders of Chin State ( CNF or Chin land leader) preventing the Alliance?
