an simpler approach: notice that x=y/e^y, differentiate to find dx/dy, and substitute into original formula and you'll find it very easy to prove it

just do it normally you will get very easy answer not like what he did and yea you can try Varity shapes of equation, and you will get the answer that how they do that

once you find dy/dx, could you have rearranged to isolate dy/dx and then continue the question? I tried that but can't seem to finalise the answer, but when i tried with a few hints from the video of not rearranging i got it fine ?

dy/dx=e^y/(1-y), differentiate again and it's done
