11:21. In ChatGPT, I rephrased the question as: "how to import a microsoft excel column containing 4 digit text representing military time into regular time field in microsoft access?" And I got an answer similar to what Richard got in the video, but with a note at the end saying: "Note: If your military time data is not in a format that Access can recognize, you may need to use Excel's text manipulation functions to convert it to a recognizable format before importing it into Access." After a few trial and errors, I asked: "how to transform 1, 2, 3 or 4 character number into time format in microsoft excel?" And it gave me this formula: =TIME(IF(LEN(A1)=1,"0"&A1,IF(LEN(A1)=2,"0"&A1,IF(LEN(A1)=3,"0"&LEFT(A1,1),LEFT(A1,2)))),IF(LEN(A1)

Yup, US hospitals and the US military use 24 hour time and the metric system. Not sure when the rest of us Americans will catch on. I do prefer Fahrenheit over centigrade though.
