Twice the amount of required protein may put double the load on our kidneys to excrete those... instead we can increase our total calorie intake plus adequate protein and workout like beast as he said in that way the body gets its desired shape

Don’t do it unless your eating healthy and been while since you have eaten Boiled eggs. 🥚 Too much of anything is a side effect. Keep this in mind. It take 3 days to take effect I tried it before fekt dizzy and too much gass.

3:15 absolutely true. To eat healthy food you don't necessarily have to spend a lot of money. I used to eat only homemade, basic foods and I was in good shape. From last year I started to work from home and started to order food online. And trust me within 10 months my body shifted towards bad direction.

I so adore him, and tbh I actually have trained my brain to come to prefer amazing nourishing food, just as I would prefer nourishing connections and conversation, living situations, and so on. Heart aligned, soul enriching life and lifestyle. Just makes sense. There are no cheat days desired, because one feels full in every level of their being.

Brown rice is so overrated thing. Brown rice has 80% more arsenic than normal rice so it's much more dangerous.. White rice when cosmuned with green vegetables gives much much more benefits than brown rice..

5:56 correction* 1g/lb - protein, 25% cal from EFA and the rest carbs/fats(as it suits you) P.S. Half a palm of protein is not what he meant since his intake of protein(200g) is 800 calories i.e. to say 25% of John's daily calorie intake.

I think you may have inspired me to continue my journey! I had started my journey in November 2020 and am currently down 45 pounds and my health has also improved drastically. I am eating brown rice since 5 years i think and some people think i am awkward or that i am unnecessarily putting pressure on my mom as she cooks white for others and brown for me. I think its very important to hang with people who seriously care about fitness so that we can avoid this social drag but unfortunately(from what i saw) there r lot of folks who eat junk food especially when i go to movies in multiplex, elders with kids and/or they themselves eat bowl of popcorn and other junk, it simply disgusts me. Also John pointed very well how kids r fed with lot of chocolates(sugar), can see obesity in kids these days:(( in high numbers

On Protein, sentiment has changed considerably to today, Orthodox was eat a lot of protein and yes it can be effective on certain days, but it has changed to qualified protein PROUD protein today. Or nonlinear of nonlinear of nonlinear or just represents our Universe.

I like way of think but I was upset and shook to see him doing soya milk advertising. 90+ soya is genetic develop. Only majority original are available in japan some places in Taiwan .

We don't need 190 grams of protein to stay healthy. 1-1.2 gram per kg of protein to enough. 190 grams is for the body builders or athletes.

I am not so fit in body shape but healthy, because you always don't need 6 packs but a healthy body. It's very simple. Cut the sugar in your life and eat natural foods. Stop processed food especially bakery items + cold drinks + fast food etc. I enjoy fast food on weekends + potato fries which is enough to satisfy yourself. Take milk, yogurt, fruits, etc. That's it.
