Don't understand the purpose of character certificate. V have to go to a Gazetted Officer who sees us for the first time, hardly know anything about us and signs our character certificate. Such a useless thing.

It is not a big task to issue CC just download two CC formats from internet fill it and get signed them from any two gazetted officers with their seal. I hope your doubt resolved if not you can ask again.

They just match the name which you filled in application form and your ID that should be same if not you can use an affidavit. They will not disqualify you just for your name so not to worry much about it.

Yes you can attend the paper like this. At the time of examination you will have to select the language of overall paper where you can select English. But in language paper you can select Hindi so just chill bro and focus on the studies. Best of luck
