Love the floors which are quite special and the painted ceiling and colourful wall details look to be original and still in beautiful condition. The white small relief areas are also quite special. Live in the house for some time before doing major reno. When I first lived in my arts and crafts style home I originally wanted to change some rooms that, in time, ended up being my favorite areas. You have a lot to appreciate - it’s a jewel.

The beautiful wall & ceiling paintings in this house always make me think of a very finely decorated cake or Easter egg. They are Easter colors, too. Bright & cheery. Love it. And the floors are amazing. I've never seen rippled tiles before like in the pink bathroom. Interesting. The location is great. To be able to look out on your balcony to the square there, with the fountain & the palm tree--and easily step out for some food or a drink, etc. It's a great place you've got.

Well that's unfortunate. I would suggest you post at least once a month or on some sort of regular time frame because, just as with the restaurant trade, consistency is key if you don't want to loose viewers. In the absence of regular videos …. I would LOVE to see the walls of the Mansion FILLED WITH YOUR PAINTINGS OLLIE ! I mean filled … Gallery style ! Long ago we did this and it became a thriving business ! Now you might not be able to allow public into your home but you could list every painting for sale as you see possible . This could be an on line auction or perhaps open to your family of subscribers . I think when you speak of CONTENT , your viewers would love to see the progress from time to time on a certain piece that would eventually end up in the Mansion Gallery . Oh how exciting that would be . As you wait for approvals it might be years ! In the meantime the Mansion could be filled with the life and light of your wonderful paintings ! That is a great idea thank you so much Trisha! I am definitely going to be doing more painting and in fact I am doing one today. I have so many that need framing which is super expensive so I am considering learning that skill. Not sure what equipment is involved but I am going to look it up!

@@MagicalModernistMansion If you paint your work on 2 inch deep canvases , either wrapping the scene right around the edge or blackening out the perimeter edge you can actually go frameless very effectively. Sure , frames are wonderful, but frames have doubled in cost in recent years ! Going frameless allows the work to shine on its own . If it’s new owner chooses to frame it then they can make that choice!.

Fascinating use of pattern throughout with the juxtaposition of florals and almost Moorish geometric designs on the floor. So lucky to live among the designs of the past.
