For local cars: (1) Original Number Plate (2) Registration Book with token paid up to date. (3) Smart card. (4) Current Owner CNIC. (5) Invoice. (6) Previous Transfer Receipt. (7) Previous owner CNIC. (8) Previous registration book/card. Things to check: (1) CNIC name and expiry. (2) Number Plate Number should match with number on registration book. (3) Invoice with 2 sales certificate. Name on invoice should match with CNIC.

if we will check car from PakWheels ,, before buy,,, YOu will give us any certificate or not,, if you will give , that certificate is valid in Pakistan or not,,,, second question, you will get any certificate from registration office and police as well as car is register and no temper ,, ?? all facility you provided ?
