Mam is it 100 )percent centrally sponsored scheme ??since there is also center to state ratio. Then how it could be 100percent centre scheme

Hi Sofia! Thank you for writing to us. Please take note that the term "centrally sponsored scheme" refers to schemes in which money arises split between the centre and the state. Centre sector schemes are those that are entirely funded by the central government. As this scheme's funding is divided between centre and state therefore 100% centrally sponsored scheme has been written. You may skip the '100 %' portion for better clarity. I think so in phase 1 it was centre sector scheme and in phase 2it became centrally sponsored one
