Technically, you can, but that relies on you doing well in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. preparing for at least a few chapters of mathematics will definitely be helpful for you. Permutations and Combinations, calculus, and at least straight lines geometry will take you a long way. If you can, then familiarise yourself at least a little bit with the basics of conic sections. That should be more than enough. Attempting even a few questions in mathematics correctly would give you a decent edge, although even without it, if you can get a 90+ score in the other three sections, then you would easily get into at least some IISER. So the most important thing to do right now is solidify your strengths first. Then if time, energy and mental state permits, try a few mathematics chapters. Good luck!
