Y'all realize that anything like "public land" is owned by all of us. Just the term public makes me feel pride of ownership. Now, something that provides for the pleasure and well being of all the common people is termed "Socialist" and given a bad connotation. I'm PROUD and grateful for anything termed "public" (socialist), which I am the co-owner of. Think parks, the roads, the fire department, the military, libraries, pools, schools, and any and all the services we receive through our tax dollars. All these "Socialist" things don't seem that bad when you look at them realistically, do they?

Obviously the buzzard knew back then that states would come after mining He is spot on that there are plenty of current regulations that the small mining industry needs to follow. The small mining industry is not only viable and sustainable but also environmentally sound because we follow current regulation both for mining and reclamation. It is time for the small mining industry to come together as one voice.

The Buzzard knew that the 1872 mining law only gives you the right of access , he also knew and states here that a miner, after the discovery, would have to deal with local authorities to be able to mine that discovery. Somehow we miss that little fact in our current ideology? This is why we must come together as a industry that can identify and implement those practices to interact with the local authorities. We have the right of access, but we are bond to the responsibilities of that access.

Well I'm not impressed, I just joined as a lifetime member on Aug 20th last month & now find out about this promotion. I would've rather waited 11 days and paid another $393 to be included in the promotion. I get promotions happen but to be told no one knew anything about it 11 days prior, I have to call BS on that one. Truly wish I could pay the difference and be included

I have my daughter watch these videos with me, because I share the same views and work ethic that he always talks about. She loves to be out with me gold mining on the Yuba river exploring mines and the way things are going here in Commiefornia I don’t know if she will be able to share that with her children.
