By making this, you have explicitly set expectations for our behavior and for real discussions that will strengthen the culture of the CVM. To all who participated in this messaging, thank you for your leadership and your humanity. Both are much needed right now. Dr Cannedy, to answer your question; when I first met you, I first saw a tall, black man. I then realized that yours was the only black face in the crowd of people we were in.
