Important Notes On Cervical Cerclage

We have 4 beautiful children. I had an incompetent cervics. I had a McDonald stitch at 12 weeks with our twins, another stich at 11 weeks with my second pregnancy and another at 14 weeks with our fourth child. I was on blood thinners, Flygel and Augmentin antibiotics everyday until baby was born. I also used hormone treatment like Cyclogest and Uterogestan. My doctor started with steroid injections from 20 weeks, once a week until 26 weeks. A stitch in itself will not do, regular sonars and alot of meds helped us through. We had a wonderful doctor!!

I'm in my 3rd trimester and i do mekena shots weekly and this is my 4th cercloge all cercloges where successful it's a lot to endure while pregnant but it's all worth it in the end💖💃🙌🙏👣💪🍼

Hi Dr. back in March 2018 I lost my daughter at 22 weeks due to incompetent cervix and membrane loss so as you mentioned I wasn't eligible for a cerclage. In August 2018 I found out I was pregnant again and my doctor is recommending a cervical cerclage when i'm about 13 weeks as well as progesterone shots. I also have a history of blood clots so he wants me to take lovenox after I get my cervical cerclage just curious of your opinion. I am currently 9 weeks and want to do everything I can to delivery my baby full term. Thank you so much.

Both your and your baby's future depends on what you do now!! I can't say enough RESEARCH.. RESEARCH..RESEARCH EVERYTHING..FACT CHECK and listen to your body! leave nothing to chance, DON'T ASSUME that because a Dr is speaking, that what they say is all TRUTH.. educate yourself on EVERYTHING from the medicines that you are given now to the shots that they try to give your baby AFTER birth. 🙏 May our Creator watch over you and your baby 💕

I have short cervix I do vaginal cerculage but I have misscarage .now my doctor recommend next time do cerculage through my belly before getting pregnant any other recommendation and what the rate of scucsee
