I had a Stroke in Aug'18 and my therapists at the time focused more on Targeted therapy.. they insisted that I start to walk first then and then would go on to working on my hand. I was able to resume working from Dec' 18. As a Result of this, I am till date not able to use my left hand. I have adapted with great difficulty to type with my right hand only as opposed to before I use to type with both hands.. The approach in this video makes complete sense. I wished i had got this earlier in the time.. I hope I get someone who can help fix the damage now..
