Dear Tiffany, I know everyone is so different. One thing I noticed you say a lot is you distract yourself and push emotions away. In many cases, mine included, trapped emotions continue the cycle of disease, and make healing harder. dr. Gabor Mate talks about how the body keeps the score. I work with a healer to lean into my emotions each day- one part of the healing puzzle for my spinal condition. It’s scary in the moment and feels awful and then the PTSD and emotions pass. I’m allergic to so many meds it’s an important that I do this I’m scared of the reactions I could get. It’s better than getting sicker and weaker. Tiffany, here in the states we have what is called "Bag Balm" it is used for mother cows who are lactating and they become very raw from the calves nursing. Anyway it is completely safe for humans. It is sold at pharmacies etc. It is wonderful for cracked hands and feet. Trust me it's the best!! Maybe you can purchase this where you live? ❤

Not a fan of blue or green nails because those are colors your nails change when you are lacking in oxygen very sick or dying. I would add some red to your nails on top of the green would be more Christmasy. Maybe red poinsettas, candy canes, red bows.

Tiffany doesn't seem to be so sick after the last dose of chemo and immunity meds.Every thing you have done while on chemo screams don't do it spicy hot foods , fruit sweets. getting nails done , using same restroom with family going to mingle e with different people without a mask on or in sight . After Chemo means some people especially niece and nephew could be exposed to waste from your body if you use their bathroom . Seems you haven't taken any precautions which seems suspect
