Greetings from Nigeria. I'm to come into Canada 2nd week of August this year. My IME(immigration Medical Exam) will expire by 1st of September. Do I need to go for another medicals? Or the one I have is okay? Also I know when it expires, and I want to enrol in another college/University aftr my first college and extension of my study permit, I'll need to have a valid medicals. Though to some extent, your degree could have an impact on that experience but she could always pivot if she sees the need to. I hope this helps🤍 “Not a legal advice”

Also my son got admission at the University of manitoba, he arrived Canada April last year only for them to give him 6 months study permit which he has renewed since September last year up until now they've hvnt answer him, this is over one year we've been sending him money for living expenses because he doesn't have any study permit to apply for jobs and to be honest isn't easy at all, don't know if there's any advice or suggestions I can get on this

This is sad but he probably got a 6months study permit because of the kind of program he went for. If you don’t mind me asking, what is his current status in Canada? Did he extend his study permit with a new acceptance letter?
