Yes South Africans don’t like it when you are rude, and that (must) I did not understand it at first , but now I know better 🤣🤣

We don't expect anyone to be fluent in our languages so don't panic😂, learn simple things like greeting or asking basic questions,to us it says you respect us and I promise you even if you say it wrong you will be appreciated. It's like Nelson Mandela said " if you speak to a man in a language he understand that goes his head but if you speak to a man in his own language that goes to his heart". Now people might think we are being extra when we insist on speaking our own native languages but our languages were almost lost when our oppressor/ colonizers were trying to force us to speak their languages and our grandfather's and grandmother died for that, so for us speaking our languages is a way of respecting our ancestors who died for the right to speak their languages. Enjoy South Africa we love you❤

Wise tips chitu, you look beautiful by the way👌. The live within your means is very important, trust me you don't want to find yourself doing illegal stuff here because of greed and being caught by communities, you will be a victim of mob justice. Unfortunately that's how most of our communities protect themselves from crime offenders, be it done by our own or a foreigner they will beat u up, if ur unfortunate you'll die right on the spot. So it's important for immigrants to live an honest lifestyle when they come here to avoid trouble.
