Mike Heindl, our project foreman, and Logan discuss the important considerations when planning a concrete slab foundation and how the underslab plumbing and septic system are tied together. Plumbing penetrations can interfere with the framing layout and cause a lot of issues, especially when there are pocket doors involved.

tell him plan for more structure as the roof in the other one looked like it was buckling without snow loads on it so add more to hold up the roof for strength

2:47 mins into the video, I see you ran about 35 ft of buried plumbing conduit across the slab, isn't it more efficient to place the pipe sleeve closer to where we've got the shower/toilet/bathrooms/kitchens and then run your plumbing outside the slab?

We have a vaulted ceiling and Strawbale walls that are more difficult and risky to get plumbing in. So we ran lines to the kitchen sink from the washer under slab.
