Well hang in there. God Loves you. There is that fact and there is prayer (AKA: Turning your attention to Him and hanging out with Him with the goal being to obtain a joyful sense of His nearness.) Difficult times are no fun. I figured that out myself too. I especially figured it out years ago when both my seemingly healthy parents became ill at the same time (doctors didn't truly know why, possibly a bite from a diseased mosquito) and were both on their death beds in the hospital for 1 month. Each in the ICU at different times. They were hanging onto life by a very slim thread but thankfully both recovered from that. During that dramatic and stressful time I came across a poem and put it in my wallet and pretty much clung to the idea of it. I consider it to be totally valid. Here is the poem: *At Last* The day dawns clear and the sun shines bright erasing every trace of night; It's happened time and time again and that's the way it's always been. So though the darkness seems to last, soon you will say, "This, too, has passed!" Have faith in Him who holds earth's plans within His wise and Loving Hands; Lean patiently upon His breast and He will give you peace and Rest. ...

I remember your video ,where that guy sparked off a lot of negativity in your thinking .We who are sensative in this way are open to the positive and negative and may i say the spiritual as well .It can be a beautiful and sometimes harsh place .But at 67 im inclined to sit and relive that moment in 1987 when the universe opend before my eyes and showed me what matters .Love for all even those who are lost in what they want and have no clue what they truly need.I suppose were all heading down stream to that great ocean .Unfortunatly for some they are busy trying to own the stream because they have lost any concept of there being a great ocean for all to share .So theres no need for me to bea policeman for the world . I am with amazing man ,I got everything that woman can ask for but I don't love him as he deserves to be loved. We are engaged but I know deeply in my heart I can't marry him. I've loved your NDE story and your whole vibe and charisma from the first time I listened to you (could've been the @Love Covered Life-podcast, it's been a while, so forgive my lapse of memory). More so now! One can absolutely feel you walking your talk and not just trying to come across like so many others who understandably try to shout their learned lessons from the rooftops so that we all might benefit from them, but in their passion may miss the "humble pie" aspect that would make them so much more relatable. I love hearing your love and care for animals. I share that tremendously with you. They are very special beings. Keep your focus on what you can do in the moment. If you can help one animal, focus on that. Every time an animal or a person is cared for, their heart softens, and our heart softens. The world can only change one person (and one animal) at a time. There are many many horribly sad things in this world. We need to focus on what we can do in the here and now. One person, one animal, one day at a time. Then we don’t lose our energy or start closing the heart.❤️

My brother who is team years older than me told me that one day my mom came running into the bathroom while he was taking a bath and jamming me ( infant) under cold water as she found me not breathing. I wonder if I stepped back when that happened. I’ve always felt kinda disconnected from the rat race . I have my own business and I’ve never cared about money or material wealth. Fifty five now and I still look at folks who chase money and expensive things as foolish for lack of a better term. I haven’t seen my mom since I was twelve and was cared for by my sister till eighteen then I was on my own. I’ve always known there was a God and I know he has steered me through life if ya know what I mean. Jesus is the truth and the life. Anyway, yes, the rat race is a waste and how you treat others is the wealth.

You know Barbara there are actually people many people, who already know this who live a life without things and struggle financially due to their own awakening. Because they have no value for Stuff the strangest thing is most people don't have value for them. You say in relationships are the most important there are millions walking around with none. No people. Because they are just not of this world. Most of them end up killing themselves. Or want to. Living here is a very hard place when you realize the truth of what you are speaking of. To be love in a place of total absence of love most times anyway, is a tough life but it's the reality many live.

@@meganbaute4254 I am so sad to hear this. You didn’t ask for my thoughts, but I will give them here - take whatever works for you and leave the rest. Everything begins with ourselves. In my near death experience, I was taught that our inner thoughts (and emotions) create our outer reality. Examine your beliefs around relationships, love, etc. Notice your thoughts about how you were hurt in the past, resentments, self-worth, etc. I wrote a book called “how to stop negative thoughts“ that explains how to interrupt these thoughts. Because they are creating and re-creating the things we don’t want. This is what “unconscious manifesting“ is. But no blame here on yourself! This is old programming at work. In addition to the above things I mentioned, loving yourself again and again and again is PRIMARY. Find the things you are curious about and/or enjoy doing, go after those, enjoy being with yourself - and you will start noticing that others show up more. It’s a strange phenomenon, but really quite beautiful. Hang in there my friend! Loneliness is very hard. But you can and will get through this! 💖
