When adding stage acttion to the presentation to change the stage layout. How doe the command do when export the file from one computer and importing to another computer?

Not sure I know what you mean? If you want to trigger that stage screen on a new computer you’ll have to add a new action or set the stage screen action to trigger the new stage layout you imported

@@ZachBrownMedia What I ment was I build everthing on my personal laptop at home then transfer it to the church rig. I was wondering if I set the action up on my personal laptop, how does that transfer over to the Church computer.

Question: I have a macbook with Pro7 and have setup a stage screen. I prepare a playlist and setup the stage screen settings for all items, then I export the full playlist to the cloud. On Sunday, on another computer, we import the playlist to use for the service. The settings are imported, but give an error since the stage screen cannot be found. However we have setup the same screen with the same name etc, it just does not link it. Any idea how to fix that?

There might be another way to solve this, but you're best bet would be to do a full repository sync between both computers. You should only have to do that once, then it should work as you want it to. Here's a video on how to do that - kzbin.info/www/bejne/onPRiaF3d9SEpKs

How are you editing the chords on there or is that the multitracks subscription?

The Chords are all automated through MultiTracks. You can edit the key, change to numbers, etc. If you don’t want to use multitracks then you can turn that feature off in the stage screen editor. Then you can replace it with by manually typing out the progression in the “Slide Notes” and then linking that above the Current Slide and Next Slide in place of the MultiTracks Text Boxes

For sure! Yeah I took the MT update and implemented that into the Stage Screen we were using, instead of using the default MT Stage Screen that they give you

So, I'm trying this process... When I go to my Export Themes window, the Theme I created is not listed. I changed the name to "Stage Screen Theme" and do not see that Theme listed amongst the others. It does have a non-standard size: 680x1080 (it's an info screen stacked on a [Main] Preview screen, stacked on a [Stage] Preview screen - actually for the Operator Screen). Could that "screen size" be the issue?

I wouldn't think the screen size be an issue.. You did copy the entire stage screen and recreate it inside the theme editor, correct?

@@ZachBrownMedia Yes, all of the elements of the Stage Screen are there. I renamed the Theme (from Blank to "Operator Dsply") and when I choose to Export Themes, I only see the items that you have in your video (Minus the "Stage Screen Template... " that you made): "Countdowns, Black Box, Lines, ..., White".

Hmmm it may have been saved in one of those subcategories! With themes you have subcategories of groups of themes with individual themes inside of those groups
