Is there any simple way to add csv file with questions and answers? I have 400 Q&A FAQ in csv file and adding it manually would be a nightmare.

Hm the best way would be to use the table api. Is it just two columns that you have? I’ll see if I can make a quick importer from google sheets

@@DanielVoiceflow Yes, it is a list of questions and answers in two seperate columns with labels in the first row.

Maybe you can filter the FAQ by "topic" an then "print" them in a PDF in order to uploas the entire document??

​@@EpontesDit will cut entire document in chunks and answers will be less accurate IMO. The best way it would be if I can import CSV and after that every question and answer will appear as one piece of content. Or just to be able to add a table like in botpress

I need to use URLs as knowledge base, but they perform really bad. any solution please?

You can try to copy and paste the URL's in a .doc or .pdf or, there is another video about Data Base with a new feature that could help. I use to test interactions and improove the instructions and Question
