I've always been a stick guy, but your videos have got me! Grabbed my first 2 hammers off you a month ago, now saving up for some torches and some of the other lps. Never thought I'd give up my sticks but you've made me love the look of a mixed reef. Great vid

Those tags also mean the corals are maricultured not aquacultured! maricultured means it was fragged from a coral in the ocean and then grown out in the ocean until it’s ready to sell!! Aquacultured means it was a coral in a tank and fragged from tank grown corals❤️❤️

That acantho at the end though! Acanthophyllia are one of my favorite corals ive never seen one so big before! I only have one myself but i really really want more! For meat corals i only have one Acanthophyllia and one trachophyllia ! I have a 265 gallon display reef almost a year in now its way to addictive

when i was newer, my coral were at 60.F for 3 months, the heater included in the tank package i got from my lfs couldnt handle the winter months and the thermometer was inaccurate by 18 degrees. thankfully nothing died

March, just wanted to say thank you for the vids. I really enjoy your passion, your voice and your approach to your videos. I am really looking forward to see those gorgeous corals in your next instalment. I wish Saskatoon was closer to Toronto so I could pop by and get a fix in person. Just have a 10g AIO but one day I may start something bigger and then I'll be in touch!

cant wait till your next video. great before and after shot in the beginning. nice shipment with only a single loss. For the giveaway for your GTA shoppers, maybe say a "password" in the video. and the first person to mention it to you in store can get it. Some local super fan will end up getting it For others, maybe you can get people to sign up on a google doc or your website to create a "subscription list" with maybe their email and location. and you can use a random generator to pick a name from the pool. As a bonus, you can use their emails to promote new shipments, sales, etc.

Giveaways for American viewers you could do by giving Credit to American suppliers. So Canadian customer comes in and buys the giveaway torch, and that amount is given as credit somewhere. Just a thought.

Fish, critters & anemones etc need some form of acclimatisation but corals are self acclimatising.
@northeastcorals2 жыл бұрын
@@corybutler5261 When corals have been in transit for 3 days they are far to sensitive to put through a dipping & you'd end up killing a lot of them. They need to be taken out of the foul bag water & put into good water ASAP & allowed to settle for at leat a few days before you mess with them.
